Ingredients

  • One sourdough baguette or Italian loaf, sliced on the diagonal into thin slices

  • one large garlic clove, halved
  • One 7-ounce container Giovanni Rana Basil Pesto
  • Roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, fresh basil leaves and other toppings of your choice

Preparation

Preheat the broiler. Lightly brush the bread with oil and rub the surface with the garlic.Broil until lightly golden, 1-2 minutes. Top the toasts with the pesto, then decorate with the other toppings of your choice.
