Mozzarella Cheese Ravioli with Smoked Salmon, pink pepper and chives
- One 10-oz package Giovanni Rana Mozzarella Cheese Ravioli
- 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup smoked salmon, chopped
- pink pepper to garnish
- Little bunch of chives finely chopped
- Salt to taste
Cook the ravioli according to package instructions and drain. Transfer the pasta to a big bowl, then add smoked salmon. Season with salt and pink pepper to taste. Garnish with chives, then serve.
