SPINACH & RICOTTA RAVIOLI, GARLIC TOMATO SAUCE & BASIL

Ingredients

  • One 20oz package Giovanni Rana Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli
  • 1 jar Giovanni Rana Marinara sauce
  • 4- 5 garlic cloves, shaved
  • 2/3 cup basil cut into thin strips
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Preparation

In a large pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add Marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain and gently toss ravioli with sauce and a 1/3 cup of basil. Plate ravioli and garnish with more fresh basil and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
