Ingredients

  • One 8oz package Giovanni Rana Smoked Beef Brisket Ravioli
  • 1 small jar pickled red onions
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter 
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 ¾ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp horseradish paste

Preparation

In a small pot melt butter on low heat. Whisk in flour and stir until well dispersed. Slowly whisk in milk always stirring and bring to a simmer. Add cheddar and horseradish. Cook on low until cheddar is melted completely. Do not boil, to prevent sauce from separating or scorching. Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain ravioli and gently toss in the sauce. Garnish ravioli with pickled red onions.
