SMOKED BEEF BRISKET RAVIOLI, SMOKED GOUDA ALFREDO, BACON AND FRIED ONIONS

Ingredients

  • One 8oz package Giovanni Rana Smoked Beef Brisket Ravioli
  • 1/2 jar Giovanni Rana Alfredo
  • 4 slices hickory smoked bacon, cut into ¼- ½ inch
  • ¾ cup smoked gouda, shredded
  • ½ cup fried onions

Preparation

Pan fry bacon. Place on a paper towel. Set aside and keep warm. In a large pan heat Alfredo on low heat. Fold in smoked gouda cheese and bacon. Stir until cheese is completely melted. Do not boil, to prevent sauce from separating or scorching. Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain ravioli and gently toss with sauce. Garnish with fried onions.
