MOZZARELLA RAVIOLI, ROASTED CHERRY TOMATOES, FRESH BASIL & OLIVE OIL

Ingredients

  • One 20oz package Giovanni Rana Mozzarella Ravioli
  • 30oz cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh basil

Preparation

In a bowl, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil and 1 tbsp of minced garlic. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Place tomatoes on a baking sheet and place tomatoes in the oven on a baking tray. Roast at 425 F for 15 minutes or until edges turn brown. Cook ravioli according to packaging instruction. Place ravioli on the plate and top with roasted tomatoes & fresh basil. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
