In a large skillet heat olive oil on medium heat. Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and the ground beef. Cook until ground beef is cooked through, season with salt and pepper. Fold in Marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook tortelloni according to packaging instructions. In a bowl, toss tortelloni with meat sauce. Place tortelloni in a baking dish then top with mozzarella and parmesan. Preheat oven at 400F. Bake tortelloni for 15-20 minutes or until cheese turns golden brown.
