BEEF SHORT RIB RAVIOLI, SAUTEED MUSHROOMS & CREAM SAUCE

Ingredients

  • One 8oz package Giovanni Rana Beef Short Rib Ravioli
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ jar Giovanni Rana Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups portobello mushroom, ¼ inch
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, stemmed
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

In a large pan melt butter on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add portobello and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in Alfredo Sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain ravioli and gently toss with sauce. Garnish with fresh thyme.
