Ingredients

  • One 8oz package Giovanni Cheese Beef Short Rib Ravioli
  • ½ cup of high quality Chimichurri sauce
  • Thinly sliced red onions for garnish

Directions to prepare your Chimichurri sauce: In bowl combine all ingredients listed below and stir until ingredients are well dispersed.

  • 1.5 oz fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 0.5 oz fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 oz vinegar
  • 2.5 oz sunflower oil/ vegetable oil
  • 1 oz olive oil
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1 ½ tbsp spicy red jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 1 oz red onions, minced

Preparation

Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain ravioli and gently toss with chimichurri in a bowl. Garnish with thinly sliced red onions.
