Pan fry bacon. Place on a paper towel. Set aside and keep warm. In a large pan, heat sour cream on low. Season with salt and pepper. Do not boil to prevent curdling/ separation. Fold in the sour cream. Season with salt & pepper. Cook tortellini according to packaging instructions. Strain and gently toss tortellini with sour cream. Plate tortellini, top with bacon bits and chopped chives.
