Preheat oven to 400 F. Cut top off a garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap with aluminum foil and roast for 40 minutes. Let it cool then squeeze out the garlic. In a pan combine Rana Alfredo Sauce with roasted garlic. Bring to a simmer and stir until roasted garlic is well dispersed. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Strain and gently toss ravioli in the pan with the sauce. Top ravioli with fresh baby spinach. Add nuts to the dish for a crunchy bite (optional).
