  • One 10 oz package Giovanni Rana 4 Cheese Ravioli
  • 2-3 tbsp butter, cut into ¼ inch pieces
  • Freshly grated parmesan
  • Salt & pepper tt

Preparation

  • In a large pan melt butter with 4 tbsp of water on medium low heat. Bring to a simmer. (do not reduce water completely to prevent sauce from separating). Season with salt.
  • Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions.
  • Strain and gently toss ravioli with butter sauce.
  • Plate ravioli and top with freshly grated Parmesan and Pepper
