Ingredients

  • One 10oz package Giovanni Rana 4 Cheese Ravioli
  • 2-3 tbsp butter, cut into ¼ inch pieces
  • Freshly grated parmesan
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

In a large pan, melt butter with 4 tbsp of water on medium low heat. Bring to a simmer (do not reduce water completely to prevent sauce from separating). Season with salt. Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain and gently toss ravioli with butter sauce. Plate ravioli and top with freshly grated parmesan and pepper.
