Our Tortelloni Chicken Mozzarella is made with creamy and stringy mozzarella. Legend has it that mozzarella was invented when parts of aging cheese accidentally fell into a bucket of hot water in a cheese factory near Naples, Italy…maybe the truth is “stretched” (like mozzarella!) but what a happy accident! in three simple steps

Boil 4 quarts of water. Reduce heat to a gentle boil. Add a pinch of salt.

Add pasta. Do not separate uncooked pasta if it sticks together; it will naturally separate while cooking. Cook 4 minutes and drain. Add 1 minute for a softer bite.

Cook for 3 minutes and drain (if frozen, do not thaw; cook for an additional 1 minute).

Follow cooking instructions to ensure product reaches temperature of 160°F.
