UNCRURED PEPPERONI & MOZZARELLA RAVIOLI WITH SPICY ARRABBIATA SAUCE

Ingredients

  • One 20oz package Giovanni Rana Uncured Pepperoni &Mozzarella Ravioli
  • 1 jar Giovanni Rana Marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

In a large pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and crushed red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute longer. Fold in Rana Marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain and gently toss ravioli with the sauce. Add basil, parsley and stir until well dispersed. Top ravioli with fresh basil and freshly grated parmesan.
