UNCRUED PEPPERONI & MOZZARELLA RAVIOLI WITH PESTO CREAM SAUCE

  • One 20 oz package Giovanni Rana Uncured Pepperoni and Mozzarella Ravioli
  • 1 jar Giovanni Rana Alfredo Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Giovanni Rana Basil Pesto
  • 7-8 fresh basil leaves, julienne (optional)
  • Parmesan freshly grated

Preparation

In a large skillet, heat Rana Alfredo on medium low heat until simmering. Fold in Rana Basil Pesto and stir until well dispersed. Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain and gently toss ravioli in the pan with the sauce. Serve with freshly grated parmesan and fresh basil leaves.
