Ingredients

  • One 8 oz package Giovanni Rana Pulled Pork Ravioli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices hickory smoked bacon, Cut into pieces
  • ½ cup yellow onion, cut into thin strips
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chives optional

Preparation

In a large pan heat olive oil on medium heat. Add bacon and cook until almost crispy. Add onions and cook until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain ravioli and gently toss in the sauce. Top ravioli with bacon and chives.
