Pesto Butter for Corn on the Cob
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 2-3 tablespoons Giovanni Rana Basil Pesto
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 8 fresh or frozen cobs corn, husked if fresh, defrosted if frozen
Combine the butter and pesto in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the corn until charred, 5-6 minutes. Brush with pesto butter.
