In a pan, sauté garlic and ginger with olive oil. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes (or until the shrimp are opaque).
Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions and drain. Reserve ½-cup pf the pasta cooking water.
Add the cooked ravioli to the shrimp pan and gently toss with melted butter. You may add few tbsp of the pasta cooking water to loosen the sauce if needed. Plate the ravioli and shrimp. Garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
