Ingredients

  • One 20oz package Giovanni Rana Mushroom Ravioli
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 5-6 garlic cloves, shaved
  • 4 sausage links, casing removed
  • 1 jar Giovanni Rana Marinara
  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional)

Preparation

In a large pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add sausage and cook for 2 minutes or until sausage is cooked through. Fold in Marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain ravioli and gently toss with the sauce. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley (optional).
