Ingredients

  • One 20oz package Giovanni Chicken Carbonara Ravioli
  • 4 slices hickory smoked bacon, Cut into pieces
  • 30g Butter divided
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 40g peas
  • Freshly grated parmesan and black pepper

Preparation

In a large pan heat olive oil on medium heat. Add bacon and cook until almost crispy. Remove bacon from pan and clean pan. In the same pan, melt butter with garlic on medium low heat. Add peas and sauté for 2 minutes. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Strain ravioli and gently toss in the sauce. Top ravioli with parmesan and black pepper.
