CHICKEN & ROASTED GARLIC RAVIOLI, SUNDRIED TOMATOES & MOZZARELLA

Ingredients

  • One 10oz package Giovanni Rana Chicken & Roasted Garlic Ravioli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Sundried tomatoes in oil, coarsely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, stemmed
  • ¾ cup mozzarella pearls

Preparation

In a large pan heat olive with garlic. Add sundried tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Cook ravioli according to packaging instructions. Strain and gently toss ravioli in the pan with the sundried tomatoes. Top with mozzarella pearls and fresh parsley.
