CHICKEN & MOZZARELLA TORTELLONI WITH CREAMY BASIL PESTO ALFREDO

  • One 20oz package Giovanni Rana Chicken Mozzarella Ravioli
  • 1 jar Rana Alfredo Sauce
  • 2/3 cup Rana Basil Pesto
  • 16 fresh basil leaves, julienne cut (optional)
  • Parmesan freshly grated (optional)

Preparation

In a large skillet heat Rana Alfredo on a medium low heat until simmering. Fold in Rana Basil Pesto and stir until well dispersed. Turn heat off. Cook tortelloni according to packaging instructions. Strain and gently toss tortelloni in the pan with the sauce. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan and fresh basil leaves.
