
Preheat oven at 400 F. Cut top off a garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap with aluminum foil and roast for 40 minutes. Let it cool then squeeze out the garlic. In a pan combine Alfredo Sauce with roasted garlic. Bring to a simmer and stir until garlic is well dispersed. Cook ravioli according to package instructions. Strain and toss ravioli in the pan with the sauce. Top ravioli with freshly grated parmesan.
