BAKED SKILLET GNOCCHI WITH ALFREDO SAUCE AND LOBSTER

Ingredients

  • Two 12-ounce Giovanni Rana Skillet Gnocchi
  • Two 10-ounce package Giovanni Rana Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 lb cooked lobster, cut into bite size pieces
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 5 tbsp of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375° F and butter a small round baking pan. Melt 4 tbsp of butter in a pan and toss the lobster for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Add parsley and toss to coat. Set aside.

Add Alfredo sauce and Gnocchi to the round baking pan. Top with lobster pieces, bake for 1-2 minutes until the top becomes golden, and then serve.
