  • One 20-ounce package Giovanni Rana Prosciutto & Cheese Tortelloni
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 8 sage leaves, thinly sliced
  • Finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Cook the TortellIni according to package directions until al dente; drain. Heat the butter and sage in a large skillet over medium heat until the butter is just melted. Add the Tortellini to the skillet, add the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, toss and season with salt and pepper to taste.
