Mushroom Ravioli with sage oil and cheesy cooked bread cubes


Ingredients:


1 package Giovanni Rana Mushroom Ravioli

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
fresh sage
2 slices of white bread

1-1/2 cups fresh grated Parmigiano cheese
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter

Preparation:

Put the sage in a jar and pour in the olive oil. Let stand.
Melt the butter in a skillet. Cut the bread in small cubes and add to the skillet. Cook until golden brown. Sprinkle the bread with grated Parmigiano. Continue cooking until the cheese sticks to the bread.
Cook the Mushroom Ravioli as directed. Drain. Drizzle with sage oil. Add the cubed bread. Sprinkle with Parmigiano. Serve.
