Gorgonzola and Walnut Tortellini with cream


Ingredients:


1 package of Giovanni Rana Gorgonzola and Walnut Tortellini
1 cup heavy cream
walnuts


1/4 cup fresh grated Parmigiano cheese

Preparation:

Cook the Tortellini as directed in salt water.  Drain.
Heat the cream in a sauce pan. Add the Tortellini and Parmigiano cheese. Mix well.

Sprinkle with Parmigiano cheese. Decorate with chopped walnuts. Serve.
