Gorgonzola and Walnut Tortellini with cream |

Ingredients: 1 package of Giovanni Rana Gorgonzola and Walnut Tortellini |

| 1 cup heavy cream walnuts |
1/4 cup fresh grated Parmigiano cheese |
Preparation: Cook the Tortellini as directed in salt water. Drain. Heat the cream in a sauce pan. Add the Tortellini and Parmigiano cheese. Mix well. Sprinkle with Parmigiano cheese. Decorate with chopped walnuts. Serve. serves: 2 |
