Giovanni Rana uses only the best ingredients that consistently deliver flavor and taste. Some of the cheeses are Italian and are given a label of “DOP” which means that they have a protected designation of origin. Flours: The suppliers are selected directly by Giovanni Rana in order to guarantee the best quality. The selection starts at the silos to ensure cleanliness and is completed at the company where it is ascertained that the flour is free from any chemicals and/or contaminating agents.
Eggs: Eggs are fundamental to the success of the final product. Since the hens are not given GMO feed, the darker color of the egg yolk occurs naturally. The end result is a delicate golden pasta.
